Every controller that arrives at our workshop undergoes a detailed, individual diagnostic process aimed at determining whether repair is cost-effective and safe. We analyze a number of key aspects, such as the condition of the circuit tracks, the quality of the gel encapsulation, and the integrity of the electronic components.

If there is a risk of the fault recurring, we replace the electronics with a modern version manufactured using SMD technology, which provides greater durability and resistance to damage.

After the repair, the controller is tested on a specialized test bench and then checked in a vehicle under real road conditions to guarantee full functionality and reliability.

At the same time, the hydraulic section undergoes preliminary testing on a stationary test stand. If it meets the required parameters, it is installed together with the controller and subjected to road tests. When replacement is necessary, we use reconditioned hydraulic modules in which all valves, the complete set of seals, and the oil pan are replaced, and any cracks in the aluminum housing are eliminated.

Thanks to this comprehensive regeneration process, we ensure maximum reliability and durability of every controller that leaves our service center.
